In 2002, Guanghe Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. was founded by Sanxi Technology Group, a subsidiary of Taiwan Volkswagen Computer;

In 2013, Xiao Hongxing's subordinate enterprises acquired 92.5% of the shares of Guanghe Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., and Guanghe Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. became a Chinese-foreign joint venture with domestic ownership;

In 2015, it was listed among the top 100 enterprises in China's printed circuit board industry for the first time, and then successively won the honorary title of the top 100 enterprises in China's printed circuit board industry, and rose year by year;

In 2017, the company was recognized as "Guangdong High-tech Enterprise" and has been awarded the "Top 20 Gazelle Enterprises" in Guangzhou Development Zone for four consecutive years since 2017;

In 2018, the company changed from a "Sino-foreign joint venture" to a "wholly domestic enterprise". In August of the same year, the company completed the introduction of venture capital institutions, and in December, it completed the merger and reorganization of the PCB business of the original Sanxi Group;

In 2019, the wholly-owned subsidiary Huangshi Guanghe Precision Circuit Co., Ltd. was established;

In 2020, the company completed the shareholding restructuring and changed its name to Guangzhou Guanghe Technology Co., Ltd;

In 2021, Dongguan Guanghe CNC Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, was established.
