On this occasion of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new, I would like to extend New Year greetings on behalf of the company's board of directors and management to our dear Delton Technology(GuangZhou) Inc. (DTI) employees and their families, as well as our esteemed customers, suppliers, and friends from all walks of life.

The past year has brought immense challenges to individuals and businesses, with the impact of the pandemic, wars, and changes in the international political environment. Despite such extremely difficult operating conditions, DTI employees have demonstrated their resilience and determination by rising to the occasion.

Faced with an overall market decline, our marketing department took proactive measures, focusing on expanding our core cloud business, which led to growth against the trend and further solidified our leading position in the server PCB field.

The Research Institute persisted in technological innovation, achieving breakthroughs in new product development, process capability improvement, and material and signal research.

We filed 71 new patents throughout the year, and products such as server motherboards based on EGS platform high-speed transmission technology, SSD semi-flex PCBs, and Mini LED backlight panels for smart terminals were recognized as excellent and innovative high-tech products in Guangdong Province in 2022.

Our server motherboards were selected as part of the seventh batch of manufacturing champions by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The Manufacturing Center actively responded to the shortfall in orders by integrating resources to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve product quality. The Equipment and Facilities Center addressed the scarcity of energy supply by implementing innovative ideas, planning, and implementing carbon reduction measures, resulting in sustained decrease in energy consumption costs despite rising energy prices. In the face of the recurrent COVID-19 pandemic, the company's administrative departments implemented effective prevention and control measures and provided strong logistical support.

It is the unity of Delton employees, anchored by the business goals set at the beginning of the year, that allowed us to actively respond to the adverse situation of widespread market demand decline and achieve contrary growth in revenue and profits. I would like to say to all of you: Well done! Thank you for your hard work!

With the ringing of the New Year bell, DTI is about to embark on its tenth year after the merger and reorganization. Looking back ten years ago, DTI was on the brink of closure, facing challenges such as lack of funds, customers, technology, and talents. It is through the dreams, dedication, and perseverance of DTI employees that we have steadily developed step by step to this day. The Guangzhou factory stands as a pillar, the Huangshi factory demonstrates initial advantages in intelligentization, the Dongguan factory is in full swing with infrastructure construction, and the Thailand factory is preparing with great intensity. The development of Delton over the past decade, depicted in these scenes, is a testament to the spirit of Delton employees who refuse to give up and are willing to face challenges head-on. It has not been easy. As we look back on the past, we are filled with emotions, and as we look to the future, we are filled with passion. The new year brings new hopes and a new journey that carries new dreams. In 2023, DTI is about to enter a crucial year for its corporate development. The global economic growth outlook remains uncertain, and the uncertainty of the market environment may become the norm for a long time to come. In such an uncertain market environment, the ability to find certain market opportunities is a survival skill that DTI employees must master. We will continue to prioritize the customer, continuously creating value for them through high-quality products and efficient services. We will remain steadfast in deepening technological and management innovation, steadily advancing the intelligent transformation and digitalization of our two factories in Guangzhou.
